The Left united will never be defeated! Oops

There were celebrations all over Westminster last night as the Labour Party launched another splinter group to demonstrate their cohesiveness.

Open Labour joins Momentum, Labour First, The Labour That Melts in Your Mouth and Not in Your Hand, and The People’s Front of Judea amongst many other groups each espousing the ‘correct’ way to be left of the government.

“We could of course all come together as one to be a powerful force in opposition at every level from town councils to the House of Commons,” said one of Open Labour’s founders, Tom Miller. “But honestly that’s not half as much fun as endlessly bitching about who’s the real voice of the Left.”

“I suppose there is one thing that we all have in common,” he said. “However calling a group Corbyn’s a Nob would be demeaning.”

A Mr Cameron from Oxfordshire said “You can’t have too many interest groups; cycling, model trains and so on. I’m keen to see what they come up with next week.”
