Campaign for Celebrity Big Brother to last forever continues to grow

Campaign organiser and Harold resident Jane Hough says that she is pleased but not surprised by its success.

“I think people are responding because it’s such a simple idea,” she said. “I was reading a newspaper and instead of news realised I was reading about some vicious, fame-driven tossers locked in a house and it came to me that the world would be a better place if they stayed there indefinitely.”

“It’ll work by telling the housemates that they’re so amazing there’s no more evictions and then while they’re squawking and posing the cameras will be turned off and the broadcast replaced by a documentary on leopards.”

“Based on the collective IQ and self-awareness level of those inside the Big Brother house I reckon it’ll be years before they realise what’s happened and in the meantime the rest of us can enjoy the peace and quiet.”
