Time magazine has announced Tony Blair has come 7,399,999,998th in its ‘Person of the Year’ award, just ahead of Katie Hopkins and Bill Cosby.
Mr Blair is said to be ‘delighted’ to have climbed two places since last year.
“This is a clear vindication of the part I played in making the economy fair and the world so peaceful and harmonious,” explained Blair.
“I’ve always said history would be my judge, so can we forget about troubling those real Judges in the Hague?”
Blair said he was just as proud of wife Cherie, who placed 7,399,999,997th.
The Blairs say they will celebrate their awards in their usual way, with a few quiet wines with foreign dictators, followed by putting some cats in bins.
