UK sees first 13th December 2014 since records began

IMG_0718.PNG Experts in the field of irrelevant data have said today the UK will see the first 13th December 2014 since records began.

Although this date will be seen across the globe for 24 hours starting at midnight, those studying the claim say it is impossible to verify if this is the first occurrence of this date and year combination anywhere in the world, but do back up the data that says it is the first and only time it has been 13th December 2014 in the UK.

“Records have been kept in this format since the inception of the Gregorian calendar in 1582,” Jim Danwaite, head of the Harold Centre of Making Shit UP explained. “In that time there has been 432 13th of Decembers, but this is the first time it has coincided with the year being 2014. It really is quite remarkable.

“We think people should mark this date in their diaries as this will probably be the last time we see this phenomenon certainly in my lifetime and due to the sequential nature of the calendar, ever”

Although this is a once in a lifetime event, it joins the growing list of unique date/year combinations we have seen this year, with Jim at HCMSU predicting at least 365 by the end of the year.

When asked why he and his team at HCMSU felt the need to keep releasing these ‘since records began’ stories he said: “We are just trying to keep the Daily Express in business”.
