Arthur Kenneth Ford passed away peacefully on Tuesday aged 92. Now reunited with his beloved Beryl. Much loved dad of Gail and Ian, gramps to Kevin, Rachel and Grahame and gramp-gramp to eight great-grandchildren including Deshawn and Aliyah who he loved in his own way. Rest in Peace.
Goodbye Grandad, you are in Heaven now.
Along with Granny Beryl who you always called a cow.
Hope in Heaven you’re allowed to neck newkie brown and smoke a fag
And no one teases you cos you avoided the war by dressing in drag.
You said Harold was ruined and you didn’t recognise it anymore
Well forgive us for not wanting to live in 1954.
Now you can sit on a cloud and give your opinions to God.
